RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Any unstitched product purchased from Lavishes online store can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt provided it is unused, contains all composite pieces and is in its original packaging. You need to inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order. However, please note that there is no exchange possible on stitched items.

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the customer has received a damaged product. For the avoidance of doubt, minor variations in the color of the product (in comparison to digital shoot images) will not be considered a manufacturing defect, because such variations are a normal outcome during the manufacturing process. However, if you have any issues with an item or are unsure about whether it is a defect, you can contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Products purchased during a Sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
